What's the difference between "pay back" and "pay off"?
Seem their meaning are same , means "give money owed",right ?
I made the sentences and please correct if they are wrong.
1 ) You should pay back the money in 10 days.
2 ) How can I pay off this mortgage ?
Could you give me more example sentences for reference ?
Thank you.

Pay back/pay off the loan = same
But 'pay off' also means to pay somebody to do something immoral or illegal
We paid him off to be quiet about the affair
We paid her off to throw the jury vote
We paid him off to throw the fight
And 'Pay back' also means to get revenge.
He ruined my chances of getting promoted and I'm going to pay him back.

Both are correct
I must bay back the money I gave me
Then I can pay off the money I got from the bank
