和 and 与have same grammatical role as 跟 and 一起. Ex：我和你一起吃饭。我与你一起吃饭。

certamente puoi dire我跟/和两位朋友去那儿 senza 一起。我同/与两位朋友去那儿 è un po' troppo formale e non diciamo così nel cinese parlato
