This is how I personally would say it. 1: 君もガキの使いを見るか？ (kimi mo gaki no tsukai wo miru ka?) 2: 君もガキの使いを見るの？ (kimi mo gaki no tsukai wo miru no?) 3: 君は？ (kimi wa?) I recommend 1. 3 is a little vague, but is used and 2 is kind of a agreeing statement, but can be used as a negative with "ne?" to replace no. In short, "mo" replaces particles (not ka). It is almost never used unless it replaced something.
