Why does everyone want to have a lot of money? I think many people have a goal or dream, which you don't may doing in the modern world without money.
Money - it is just a means to achieve goals. For example, if I wanted studying in university or perhaps learn to ride in surfboard, I must pay for that. You mustn't go to shop for your purchase without money.
In the past, when people had no money, they changed their product another product.
For example, people who fished the whole day could pomenit its fish dishes or clothes.
In today's world it is easy to make money exchange process easier.
All the money has its price, a $ = 30RUR, 40 RUR = 1Euro.
But I do not understand people who want to have money for that they had them (without purpose). And I do not understand people who are just hoarding their money, not using them

I think sometimes people can become addicted to money. In the west most people think success means how much money they have in their banks. They buy expensive houses and fancy cars to show everyone else how rich they are. It has become part of our culture, but you are right, having money in the bank doesn’t really make anyone happy.
