Ich arbeite bei ALDI am Leipziger Hauptbahnhof.

but, what does it actually mean here?
ALDI is inside the Leipziger Hauptbahnhof !? or nearby there?

It just means "close to". Could be in a street nearby, could be inside the station. Phrased like this it's NEVER a street name.

It means he works at Leipzig Station.
at the station = am Bahnhof
at Leipzig Station = am Leipziger Bahnhof
