They basically can be used for same purpose; to make someone sh*t up.
But if you want to know what each word exactely means
시끄러 : that's noisy!
입닥쳐 : Sh*t up (def offensive)
입다물어 : Close your mouth. (could be used either offensively or casually depends on the situation)
