I will answer your question,
Christians move their right hand's thumb and put it on their forehead and chest. But Muslims they don't do a special gesture, but Muslims have their own way of praying, it is not the same as Christians. When praying, Muslims stand up and put the right hand over the left hand on their stomach , then many gestures.
