hi! go to http://translate.google.com/#ur/en/ and type urdu words in roman alphabets, it will get converted into urdu font (it will get transliterated), on the right side u will see english translation for the words. Although, accuracy cant be assured. Google translation is not still very good for Hindi/Urdu, but yes it will help.
