ビールーをください。 = Please give me beer
ビールーおねがいします。 = (I request) beer please
If you are asking for some beer ビールをください OR simply ビールくださいshould be just fine.

Those two sentences have almost same nuance.
As we buy some beer in a liquor shop, we tend to say "ビールください".
As some staff take our order in a restaurant, we use both sentences or ”ビールで。” .(If you say "ビールで。" in rough way, you could look brusk, though).
If someone ask me "so... which sentence do you use normally in restaurant?" I would answer "Both, It depends on my mood. " It's slightly different, hard to explain.
