You can understand english, that means you have 50% perfection in english. You just want to improve another 50% part of english that is communication skills. If you want to speak english, you have to speak english. If you make mistakes while speaking, doesn't matter, you always try to speak english. For speaking english you have to improve your grammer & vocabulary knowledge, read english newspaper daily, listen english newschannels, watch english movies, find atleast one partner to with you will speak english. it's too way impossible that you cant speak in english. i mean maybe you dont have the guts or your shy? well before it's pretty hard for me to speak in english cause i'm too shy. im afraid that it will turn out wrong but, but it's natural to be wrong right? just practice and in just a couple of days you'll see the difference. some tips* try to talk to your self in english i mean if their's nothing there to talk w/ you. ya i know it's weird but in some ways it will help.
