What's the meaning of this sentence?
Here is my explanation: You shouldn't stop working or studying unless you are good enough.
p.s.: "unless"= if not
That is—— You shouldn't stop working or studying if you are not good enough.
Is it right?

That's one answer:-)
For me it means something like, after you've worked so hard it feels so much better to take a break. But if you haven't worked hard you will feel bad, even if you have all the time in the world.
