wow!! you've lived in America for a long time = Wow! Ang tagal mong tumira sa America.
You've lived OR you HAVE LIVED is in past participle, which indicates past or completed action or time hence you should use, "tumira (lived in/at)" not "nakatira (living in/at)".
Wow! Ang tagal mong nakatira sa America. = Wow! You've been living in America for a long time.
Wow! Ang tagal mo nang nakatira sa America. = Wow! You've been living in America for a long time already.
Hope this helps. ;)

"Wow! You've lived in America for a long time." in Tagalog is "Wow! Nakatira ka sa Amerika ng matagal."
---Vocabulary (FL-EN)---
wow or uy: wow
nakatira: have lived
ka: you
sa: in
Amerika: America
ng: a non-focus marker and also a preposition
matagal: long time
---Grammar Points to Remember---
1] "Wow!" is commonly used in modern-day Tagalog.
2] Unlike the tenses that we have in English, there are no true verb tenses in Tagalog.
**The closest counter part of the English present perfect tense (e.g. have lived) is the perfective aspect of verbs in Tagalog.
**In Tagalog, the perfective aspect of verbs implies that the action/event has been completed and it is done by adding the enclitic particle "na" before the verb (e.g. nakatira).

Hope that helps.
