Depending on the type of Arabic you're using, in Modern standard Arabic you could say Ana bikhair أنا بخير As to Egyptian dialect you can say أنا كويسة ana koysah or أنا تمام Ana tamam or simply by saying Tamam, koysa or ALlhamdollellah الحمد لله
