If we pronounce 22 - double two, then how to say 222 and 2222...?

Alex: There's a mistake.
22 is not "double 2" but "Twenty-Two".
.
The others are "Two Hundred Twenty-Two"
and "Two Thoudand, Two Hundred Twenty-Two"
.

When talking about a quantity:
22 - Twenty-two
222 - Two hundred twenty-two
2222 - Two thousand two hundred twenty-two
When saying a phone or card number:
22 - Double two
222 - Triple two
2222 - Double two, double two (or quadruple two)
