"看得不懂" is a wrong expression. "看不懂" is correct. "看不懂" means I do not understand. "看得懂" means I understand.

if you say 看得不懂, chinese will know you want to say 看不懂. Q:你看的懂吗？ A:看的懂。or 看不懂。 i dont know why. it is just usage. in the lastest Chinese, 得 is replace by 的. my english is just soso, 我的回答你看的懂吗？
