They are similar and both could be used to indicate the same information. The difference between them is minor. "There's your cab" - this might be used to indicate a cab in the distance, something approaching and visible to the speaker. Or alternatively, cab drivers sometimes sound the vehicle's horn, and the speaker may have heard that. "Your cab is here" - the speaker knows some information but the vehicle is not necessarily visible, the speaker is merely delivering information.
