HYEOKMIN KWON
Native English speaker! Can you help me? What is the meaning in the dialogue? A: Could I ask about one thing? I think it is strange question for you.. but.. How much is the 'haircut' or 'perm' for men in Finland? especially in Lappeenranta, which is the place I want to go to study. Please let me know the average price. Thank you. B: Between 25 € to 35 € for normal haircut for men A: Thanks for letting me know, but how about the perm price, which is more important for me. Cause my hair needs to be permed. B: Well........ in that case probably you will require organs of your own body in order to pay it. Barbers shops are pretty expensive. Maybe someone will help you with prizes for to "perm" your hair. Here is my question. What "you will require organs of your own body in order to pay it" means ???? require organs of your own body????????? Please let me know

Yes, as in people selling their organs in order to get money. There is a organ black market. This is usually for someone in an extremely desperate financial situation. In your case the person who said it is most likely kidding, or trying to show you how expensive it is without giving you an exact price. A popular story is... http://www.telegraph.co.uk/technology/apple/8552195/Chinese-teen-sells-his-kidney-for-an-iPad-2.html

This is the conversation between me and a stranger. I've been studying English by my own. So it had to be unnatural. Thank you so much for letting me know, and correcting some errors. :D

I agree with Peachey. Though, I just assumed the conversation was between two people in the process of learning English. So, for example... "I think it is strange question for you.. but..." Would be "I think it is a strange question, but..." "Much is the 'haircut' or 'perm'" Would be "Much is a haircut or perm." and... "Well, in that case probably you will require organs of your own body in order to pay it. " Would be... "Well, in that case you will probably have to sell your organs to pay it."

I agree with Melati's answer (and no, Person A doesn't need to sell a kidney), but the dialogue you offer has a number of errors and sounds quite unnatural. Where did you find it?
