What's meant by "pop through" "in" "on" in the sentence below? Err.... Sandra, I've finished with Mr. Garner now. Do you think you could pop through in bringing me up-to-date on their arrangements for the Italian trip? Would you mind using another English word to replace them.

Err.... Sandra, I've finished with Mr. Garner now. Do you think you could pop through [and bring] me up-to-date on [the] arrangements for the Italian trip? By "pop through" the speaker is requesting Sandra to stop by for a short while. "on" here is grammar meaning "concerning". Do you think you could pop through and bring me up-to-date concerning the arrangements for the Italian trip?

Do you think you could come here so we can briefly discuss the latest details of the Italian trip.
