"can someone tell me how to say..." and you can say: "that place looks nice!(when you want to agree and affirm that you liked a place showed to you.)", "it seems that it is a nice place(you can use this phrase to tell someone that apparently, that place is nice; that it appears to be nice)" :) hope I helped you!

If you want to say "it seems like a nice (good/fun) place" I would think it is something like the below 좋은 곳인 것 같아요 좋은 곳은가 봐요 If you comment to someones house "seems like a nice place" (i.e. your house is nice/beautiful) 집이 참 예쁘네요 In this latter case I would not use "seems" as it leaves room for interpretation that it is not nice.
