HYEOKMIN KWON
For English native speakers, 'on the radio' This is a part of model essay someone who wrote it on the Internet. "At the third stage of the process, the weather broadcast is prepared on computers. Finally, it is delivered to the public on television, on the radio, or as a recorded telephone announcement." Can I change 'on the radio' to 'on radio' ?? What's the difference? Do I must use 'the'? between 'on' and 'radio'?

Unfortunately, it sounds weird to English speakers if you don't say the radio. You could shorten it to "on television, the radio or" if you wanted to take out a word.
