What is the context of your question? In English, "Black shirts" refers to a number of paramilitary organizations that have existed in the 20th century, the most famous of these being the SS in Nazi Germany and MVSN in Fascists Italy. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blackshirts I don't know if the same historical association is attached to this phrase in Russian which is why I ask about the context of your question.

Черная рубашка (Chyornaya Rubashka) or мужская сорочка черного цвета (muzhkaya sorochka) means a sort of man's apparel, it's a black shirt.
