Is this correct for "Ask to see the menu": 要求看菜单
Is there a better or another way?
Also, how do I say:
"I don't want anything else."
"I don't want to buy anything else."
"I'm finished buying."
"Is today Sunday?"
"Please type the name of the building."
"You can't do that now."

I don't want anything else.=我不想要其他东西了 "I don't want to buy anything else."=我不想买其他东西
"I'm finished buying."=我买完了=我不再买其它东西了
"Is today Sunday?"=今天是星期日吗
"Please type the name of the building."=请打出这个建筑的名字
"You can't do that now."=你现在不能那样做

I completely agree with Farry's answer.
As for the first question:
Is this correct for "Ask to see the menu": 要求看菜单
It is correct.
Is there a better or another way?
It depends on in what situation you want to use it. Colloquially, I would say "我想看一下菜单"/"我想看菜单"; in written language, 要求看菜单 is fine.
