Why is this so?
Why do...
哭 two mouths over a tree make the word "cry" ??
and
花 grass over a person with a spoon make "flower"??

Good question!I only know 哭 has two mouths on a person not over a tree. That point means tear.and 花 has grass on the top ,化 at the bottom means change( has a color change, I guess).hope it makes sense.
