Help me plsssssss what the meaning of this question ? I don't understand what they want This question in Application form to get fellowship What type of programs does your endorsing organization conduct that relates to this certificate application?

"Your endorsing organization" is whomever is going to write letters supporting your application. This is probably a school. They are asking something like, "what classes does your school offer that are in the subject areas related to the certification program. "" I expect they will then ask you, "how did your work in these classes/programs prepare you for our program." Or something like that.
