do you born there? is not correct at all Are you born there? is better, but if the US you would say: "Were you born there?" or even "Are you from there?", which is a little less specific.

Neither is correct. The correct form is 'Were you born there?' Where do you live? Moscow. Were you born there? No, I wasn't. I was born in St Petersburg.

Do you born there? - incorrect Are you born there? - OK, but strange. You are talking about the future (maybe it could be used in some story about time travel where you go back in time before your birth) Were you born there? - You will want to use this if you're not a time traveler. :D As for "Are you from there?" that could be where you grew up, not just the place you were born.
