How to pronounce Coursera?

I agree, it's a made up word for a company/website name.
It's almost certainly pronounced "Cor-sair-ruh" - "cor" like "door", "sair" like "air", "ruh" like "b(ru)sh".
The company official YouTube channel is here: https://www.youtube.com/user/coursera
It has a video by US President Barack Obama, where he pronounces it that way. I think either that pronunciation or Ruth's suggestion would be fine.

As Ruthi says, it's not actually an English word; rather a made up name to sound a bit like 'Course' - i.e. to do with education.
I've heard it pronounced like 'Cor-se-ruh', i.e. 3 sllyables: "cor" like "door", 'se' like the first bit of 'said', and "ruh" like in a 'ruh' type way, without sounding the 'h', but slightly 'swallowing' the vowel, so the it sounds like the '-ra' in 'mantra'.

Since this is the name of a website and not an English word I can't be sure.I would say "Course-era" but anything you say would be correct!

courseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeera
o O o
cour SER a
It's three syllables and the the middle syllable is stressed (that is the default word stress pattern in English for three syllable words e.g. ba naaa na)
word stress means elongating the vowel sound, so: cour seeeeeeeeeeeeeeer a
