Can you correct this text? Inevitably, each year, I get cold. It can happen no matter when (november, december, january, february or march), I know it will happen. Then I quickly make an appointment with my doctor who must prescribe me a medical treatment. In this prescription, there's a medicine I'm really fond of: COUGH SYRUP. I just love that! It is full of sugar and very tasty. It's like a present the doctor gives me. I would almost especially get cold to have it!

Very good! The only change is to add "a" before cold. You get "a cold". "A cold" is a sickness, while cold is temperature as in frio. Very impressive!
