Which is correct
A. May I know what would be your budget for this project?
B. May I know what will be your budget for this project?
or can you give or suggest another sentence with the same thought. Thanks.
Both are correct, but strictly speaking the meaning is slightly different.
A) implies that the project may or may not go ahead.
B) implies that the project will certainly go ahead.

Hi, Cielle, this is an *embedded* question, so we don't use inversion -- the verb goes after the subject:
May I know what your budget is (or: will be)?
