You can't miss it I can't work out how a phrase from an audio only course is written. It is something like: "non si può … bersagliare" but I don't know what is in the middle. Sounds like some words are being joined onto the bersagliare. Please can someone tell me what it is?I think I might have it. Is it "non si può sbagliare"?

Jes, It is correct to say: "non si può sbagliare" . Also because "bersagliare" mean "to hit keeply". So in your phrase does not mean anything.

The best translation for "You can't miss it" is "non ti puoi sbagliare" or "non puoi sbagliarti".
