Is this question correct? Have you dried off after the rain? (after someone was caught in the rain and got soaked to the skin.)

Yes it is correct, but you wouldn't need to say 'after the rain' in actual conversation. You could just say: So two work colleagues enter office at the same time. 'Did you get caught in the rain too?' 'Yeah it caught me just as I was leaving the house, it hasn't stopped! I'm soaked.' A little later... 'Have you dried off yet? 'No, not really' 'I've been putting my jacket under the hand-dryer in the bathroom, it seems to have done the job!' Hope that helps :)

That's fine, Iris. You could also say, "Have you dried off from the rain" (since the rain was the cause of them needing to dry off).
