How to call a girl if we come from one city? a dictionary says its countrywoman, but i'm not sure if it's really common

Countrywoman means a woman from the same country as you. And it isn't that common to use. There is no equivalent for a city - you would just say 'Another woman from Arkhangelsk', or if there is a noun 'Another New Yorker' - but that doesn't usually indicate the gender.
