Which one is correct? I have heard both options.

1) a) She has to decide whether to stay or quit
b) She has to decide whether to stay or TO quit

2) a) I don´t know whether to cry or laught
b) I don´t know whether to cry or TO laugh

3) a) I don´t know whether to continue with camera 2 or change to camera 1
b) I don´t know whether to continue with camera 2 or TO change to camera 1
