Is this correct ? I want to ask my Dr in uni a question, what is correct ? Could I ask you a question about the project ? What is the informantion we should to give you in sunday, other than the family we selected ? Or start with I have a question about the project

I am not quite sure what you are looking for here - but as a general principle, yes, it is a good idea to state right up front what you are looking for, so either " Could I ask you a question about the project ?" or " I have a question about the project" will get your teacher's attention, and let them know that you want to ask them something relating to the project.

both your first sentences are perfect ;) What information should we give to you on sunday, other than which family that we have selected ? Note the inverted word order in questions information we should give to you - statement What information should we give to you - question Usually, pronoun follows verb in a question :) Hope it helps
