Karina
Is it right? Это верно? The life contains the smiles, the sobs and the sighs. But the sighs prevail. Жизнь состоит из рыданий, вздохов и улыбок, причем вздохи преобладают.c

Hi Karina, learning Russian here, so I understand your problem! In Russian there are no articles 'the, a' so you may be mistaken as to where you put them. In this case, Ruthi is right, you don't need 'the' in front of those words. I wish you the best of luck in learning English!

I can't read Russian but in English you cannot use "the" in this sentence. "Life is made up of smiles, sobs and sighs. But sighs prevail". That is how I would write it, but I cannot tell you if it is an accurate translation or not.
