Are these sentences correct?
1 ) are you still studying English?
Yes and I am looking forward to being fluent.
2) have you ever been to Miami?
Not yet and I am looking to go there.

If you wanted to use 'looking forward' in the second answer it would be "Not yet but I am looking forward to going there."

Yes, number 1 is correct.
Number 2 is close, but we would probably say:
Not yet, but I am hoping to go there.
or
Not yet, but I am looking forward to going there.
