Are you sure you feel you need so much improvement ??

Find a native speaker here, sign up for Skype and practice an hour or two per week with that person.  Your writing skills are excellent !

Besides practicing with a native speaker, you could watch English Programs and imitate how they pronounce words. This is effective if you're by yourself or if it is inconvenient to skype. Good Luck Cherry!
