it is a pun or play on words, and not a very nice one. It confuses, muzzle (to put a cage on an animal's face) along with "im" a shortened "him" so Muzzl-im that is put a cage on that person's face and the word "muslim" which means a follower of "Islam" I suggest the world is better without such "fun"
