Are these sentences correct? Does it snow in the UK? It snow a lot in the winter. It does not snow lot here.

There is an -s on the end of snow in the second sentence. :) By the way in the north of the UK, it snows in the winter, but in the south, it hasn't snowed for years and I miss it :(
