how long + verb Could " how long" be followed by other tense different from perfect? How long are you at school every day ???' If incorrect . How should I ask it? Thanks

It's fine. You can use pretty much any tense: "How long are you / will you be /are you going to be / were you / had you been / will you have been / would you be ...". (Now in this case with "be", a progressive tense would be a bit odd -- "How long are you being" -- but you can imagine it with another verb: "How long are you exercising every day?")
