What is the meaning of "rassemblent"? What is the meaning of "rassemblent" in the following sentence? Il faut s'astreindre régulièrement à arracher les baobabs dès qu'on les distingue d'avec les rosiers auxquels ils se rassemblent beaucoup quand ils sont très jeunes. The above sentence is from "le petit prince". I know "rassembler" means "assemble". But, in the above sentence, it doesn't make sense. I guess it is a typo of "ressemblent". Or can "rassemblent" be used as the meaning of "resemble" ?

You are right, that's a typo. It is "ressemblent" and not "rassemblent".
