When i read the comic book, i saw:
글 _ NAME (name of author)
그림-NAME (illustration - 만화 작가)
기획 (i dont know 기획 means here, which kind of function)

글_Name : It refers to the name of who makes stroy and continuity.
그림_Name: It refers to someone who draws.
기획 : As i know, it can be a company which invest or a person who is director.
