Is this OK, 'What's there on Green Street'? The answer is 'There is a hospital on Green Street'. Or is it better to omit 'there', simply asking 'What's on Green Street'? Thanks!!

"What's on Green Street?" is good. If you wanted to keep "there" in the sentence then it would read better as "What is there on Green Street?" In normal english "What's on Green Street?" would be ok. You could ask: Is there a hospital on Green Street?
