Hello :) i think they are both synonyms but put up with is used more commonly in the daily conversations while bear with is a little bit formal but you can conclude a difference if you want for ex Put it up with something/someone : to accept something that is bad although you do not like it:
He’s so rude! I don’t know how you put up with him. And here i think its different if you used bear with
Bear with someone: to wait while someone does something:
If you’ll bear with me a moment, I’ll look up your record. And here also u cant use put up with
بالعربي ممكن put up with حد يتحمل زناخة حد أو اشي أما التانية تحملني شوي هيك على حسب ما بعرف أو فاهمة
iyi günler

黄晓君 is almost correct, apart from the last line. 'Put up with' is idiom, which means to tolerate, or in fact, to bear.
So - 'I can't bear your complaining any longer' = 'I can't put up with your complaining any longer'.
'Bear with me' is also idiom, which means 'please be patient'. You ask it if you want someone to wait while you try to do, or find, something. You are asking the other person to 'bear' the delay you are putting on them.

If you put up with something, you tolerate or accpet it.even you do not like it.
If you ask someone bear with you,you are asking them to be patient.
My understanding:
put up with-----you bear sth or sb
bear with me -----sb bear you
