Only the second is correct. You could say "I would do" but not "I would done". I would have done talks about a past situation that no longer exists. I would do is a present situation I would do it, but I'm busy. (You can still change your mind and do it) I would have done it, but I was busy. (It's in the past. You can't go back in time and do it. The opportunity is over)

Hi, as Gertie has said, the first one should be "I would do", not "done". The main difference is that "I would do" looks to the future, and it's something that can still happen, but "I would have done" looks to the past, it's a hypothetical condition that hasn't happened and won't happen. For example: If I won the lottery today, tomorrow I would buy a new car. --> The condition hasn't happened yet, and the outcome is still possible. If I had won the lottery yesterday, I would have bought a new car today. --> This is an "irreal condition", the condition is in the past, and can't be met, so the outcome is hypothetical/irreal/can't happen anymore.
