"I'm so proud of how far you've come, you always work so hard, and you deserve this so much."
=> (*님*이) 여기까지 오신 게 너무 자랑스러워요. 항상 열심히 하신 것에 대한 당연한 보상이겠지요. (closer to the original, using 오다 for "come")
=> (*님*이) 이제껏 이루신 것들이 너무 자랑스럽네요. 부단한 노력에 대한 합당한 보상이겠지요. (treating "come" as 이루다 = have achieved)
We would use more specific word for "you've come" if we know what exactly it's talking about.
Also, you may substitute a better word (like "NAME 씨" or "NAME 님") for *님*, as it sounds too formal and literary.
