Santa Claus (in the US) and Ded Moroz (in Russia) are similar characters, but they are different. If I was to translate the name "Ded Moroz", I would probably say "Grandfather Frost". (I am an American living in Russia.)

Hello again! You can probably say "Ded Moroz" but I don't know if everyone reading it will understand what it is. I'd say you can because that is your culture and if you use it right in an English context, I don't see any problem with that ;)

so, Jerry... What is better "Ded Moroz" or "Grandfether Frost"?
