Hi. I would like some help.Today I have left my daugther with my mom,Her grandma to look after her. My sister just called me at work to talk about ramdom things. And she told me about how she and her son. A five year old. Stop by and took my daugther to the grocery Store . The funny part was that grandmas dog followed them all the way there. My sister said the kids found that hilarious. My mom not so much since Flinn followed her inside the store and she was so embarassed that she couldnt buy half the things she wanted. The dog followed them back home which was more fun for the kids. I have to say that my daugther is a 4 year old and Im trying to teach her some English. What I want to ask is that if you were in my place what you wold say to her when you get home? What kind of expression would be used? What this Exchange would look like? What would be expected from native kid to say? How would she express her ecxitement? How should she report what had happened? Thanks for any input

You could say
You: I hear Flinn followed you and grandma all the way to the shop today!
Her: Yes it was so funny!
You: I bet it was!
Her: Yes he even came in the shop with us, and Grandma didn't like it, but I thought it was funny.
You: It was pretty sweet of him!
Her: Yeah, I love Flynn, he's my favourite dog!
You: He's pretty special!

Su.ki. I just thought it would be a good idea to ask this question indirectly so I wanted to know what natives would say without me writing and then you making Corrections I wanted it to be the real really really authentic. How how about you what you would say in this situation and what your daughter would say?

Paulo, it's not clear what you're asking us to do here. Here's a suggestion: Why don't you write the conversation between you and your daughter that you have in mind, and add it to your post? Then we can use this as a basis and alter it to make it sound more natural.
