What does "dneska máte vařit vy dva" mean? Does this mean "you have two cook two today", or "you should cook two today"? Or something else?

It means: The two of you are supposed to cook today. Because the emphasis is on 'the two of you', it sounds as if somebody wants to say "I am not supposed to cook today, the two of you are!"
