Ok, the drawings will be updated to the new names. We are also preparing the general plan. In regards to the legend we will show only 'RIVER' and red boundary representing all locations called 'STUDY AREA'. Is it ok to you?

If you're using "okay" as a word, then it's spelled out. If you're using it as a shortcut, then it's "OK" in capital letters.
