언제든지 vs 언제가
Is this true: 언제든지 = anytime, 언제가 = sometime, but it's more common to drop the 든지/가 and rely on stress in colloquial speech.

It's 언젠가(언제인가), and no.
언제 merely means "when" without those particles above, and the particles are essential.
There is no way "how" could replace "somehow".
어떻게든 =/= 어떻게.
